以下は、アプリ「BAP Recruiting」（以下「BAP」）を使うときのルールです。BAPが何をするツールで、何をしないツールなのかを、はっきりさせることを大切にしています。
These are the rules for using the BAP Recruiting app ("BAP"). We care about being clear on what BAP is — and what it is not.
BAPは、日本の選手がアメリカの大学野球でのチャンスを理解し、大学とつながるためのツールです。プロフィールの作成、競技指標の記録、大学との比較、リクルート・フィットの提案（マッチング率）、AIリクルーティングアシスタント、そしてコーチへのプロフィール共有を提供します。
BAP is a tool that helps Japanese athletes understand their opportunities in U.S. college baseball and connect with programs. It offers profile building, metric tracking, comparison with colleges, recruiting-fit recommendations (Match Score), an AI Recruiting Assistant, and profile sharing with coaches.
BAPはあなたのリクルートを整理する道具です。実際に動くのはあなた自身です。登録する情報は正確に保ち、コーチや大学とのやり取りは誠実に行ってください。アカウントの不正利用に気づいたら、すぐにご連絡ください。
BAP is a tool to organize your recruiting; you are the one who acts. Keep your information accurate, deal honestly with coaches and colleges, and tell us right away if you notice any unauthorized use of your account.
大学・キャンプ・コーチに関する情報は、変わったり、誤りがあったり、古くなっていることがあります。重要な判断の前には、必ず各大学・団体の公式情報を確認してください。BAPは、NCAA、各大学、各種団体と提携・公認・関連するものではありません。
Information about colleges, camps, and coaches can change, contain errors, or become outdated. Always check the official source before making an important decision. BAP is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the NCAA, any college, or any organization.
マッチング率や適性診断は、あなたがより良い判断をするための参考ツールです。次のことをはっきりお伝えします。

Match Scores and fit assessments are informational tools to help athletes make better decisions, not promises of any outcome.
AIリクルーティングアシスタントは、あなたが入力したデータをもとに提案を返します。判断を代わりに下すものではなく、常に正確とも限りません。出願・進学・費用などの大切なことは、必ず大学の公式情報やコーチ本人に確認してください。
The AI Recruiting Assistant returns suggestions based on the data you enter. It does not make decisions for you and is not always correct. Verify anything important — applications, enrollment, cost — with the college's official information and the coach directly.
BAPは、あなたがコーチや大学とやり取りする記録を整理する場です。実際のコミュニケーションはあなた自身が行います。BAPはあなたを代理せず、コーチや大学の対応・返信・判断について責任を負いません。BAP内でのコーチの登録・記録は、あなたの管理のためのものです。
BAP is where you organize your record of interactions with coaches and colleges. The actual communication is done by you. BAP does not represent you and is not responsible for how coaches or colleges respond or decide. Coaches you add and track inside BAP are for your own management.
BAPの名称、ロゴ、デザイン、ソフトウェアは Ballers Across Pacific に帰属します。あなたが入力したプロフィールや記録などのコンテンツは、あなたに帰属します。あなたは当方に対し、BAPを提供・運営・改善するために必要な範囲で、そのコンテンツを利用することを許諾します。
BAP's name, logo, design, and software belong to Ballers Across Pacific. The content you enter — your profile, records, and similar — belongs to you. You grant BAP permission to use that content only as needed to provide, operate, and improve BAP.
あなたはいつでも、アプリ内の設定から、または support@ballersacrosspacific.com への連絡で、アカウントと関連データを削除できます。当方は、本規約に違反した場合、または運営上必要と判断した場合に、アカウントを停止・終了することがあります。
You can delete your account and related data at any time — from the app's settings, or by emailing support@ballersacrosspacific.com. We may suspend or end an account that violates these terms or where we reasonably determine it is necessary to operate the service.
BAPは「現状有姿」で提供され、中断なく常に正確に動くことを保証しません。BAPは Supabase・OpenAI・Google などの外部サービスに依存しており、その障害や変更により利用できなくなる場合があります。適用法が許す最大限の範囲で、当方は、BAPの利用または利用不能に起因する間接的・付随的・結果的損害について責任を負いません。
BAP is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee it will run uninterrupted or always be accurate. BAP relies on third-party services such as Supabase, OpenAI, and Google, and may be unavailable if those fail or change. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BAP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, BAP.
必要に応じて本規約を更新することがあります。重要な変更は、本アプリまたはウェブサイト上で告知します。更新後も利用を続けた場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
We may update these terms from time to time and will announce significant changes in the app or on our website. Continuing to use BAP after an update means you accept the revised terms.
